Hello, Iv asked this before I thought I worked it out but I hadnt, I am running the lastest FSUIPC with Opus, now I get crosswind to around 500 feet and then the wind has no effect apon my aircraft even though the wind is still present. As I am using Opus I have no wind options checked in FSUIPC except 'varience' - so my question is, is their anything else in FSUIPC that would stop me getting crosswind or any wind effect below 500ft? I had a search and couldnt find anything. Many thanks H

Thank you for you reply Peter, but iv solved it, the problem was the nut in front of the computer (me!) I thought FSUIPC was blocking all wind effects but it wasnt. Many thanks H

Hello, I always fly the PMDG 737ngx with Active Sky Evo and REX, I have a regeristed upto date copy of FSUIPC- my question is I have follwed the adviced settings with the NGX but I never get any crosswind landing, I have the wind smoothing settings all checked etc. But its not much fun always landing straight and true, what settings should I have to crosswind land whilst ensuring I dont get S turns etc at cruise. Is it possiable? If someone could advise on setting id be most grateful. FWI my Active sky evo max surface wind is 100 knots. Many thanks H
