  1. Hi all,

Has anyone encountered or does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on how I can fix a problem with downward curving contrails :x . Anything above 30,000 has the same problem - straight out and straight down trails, including the AI  Thanks.

  2. Thanks JW,

I only use an accelerator because despite the fact I live in london, I still am only able to download on a dialup connection - and mine only gives me 2 hrs per session. I use DAP to be able to download in 'chunks'.

  3. Indeed, the other post indeed seem locked?!!!?

But either way, the very nice Presdident of Carenado sent me a link that worked straight-away.

So, the point is, I am sorry to have been so dramatic and to have made a fuss, however, they came good and sorted me out. With that in mind, I have to say a very appologetic thank you. And, would ask how I can get such a link in future?

Either way - I am glad there are companies that are prepared to listen to customers and take the extra step to make a differernce.

    Thanks

    Andrew

  4. I am not very used to complaining, but they sorted it out. Blushes and thanks:

"Dear customer, sorry about the troubles that you had and sorry about

responses gave to you from our customer service."

Use this link to download the model:

    Thankyou Carenado. :D

  5. I hate to have complained, but the following makeas me blush

Dear customer, sorry about the troubles that you had and sorry about

responses gave to you from our customer service.

Use this link to download the model:

    Thankyou Sir

  6. Cliff - you are most likely right - I was very annoyed to be directed once again to the FAQ site that didn't help at all. The full reply is this...

Sadly our server is not informed of the quality of your download accelerator

..your download accelerator is considered like an attack and it is not

casual ...has been programmed for it ...Mr Andrew we make the definition of

Dangerous in our server ...not the british law....The british law is not the

law of the rest of the world ...then you must consider seriously if you

insist in the use of your Download accelerator....The FS standard of quality

is not the United Kingdom ...is USA...

We hope ever a happy Customer ...but the conditons of how to use our system

is included in our site ...We recommend to make the download without the

mentioned Dounload accelerator ...If you are deopendant of this software

please then try to make your download from a different machine and make a

    backup on a cd...

    Hope you understand

    Carenado

    Oh well

  7. Guys

I have never had any problems in the downloading of any product other than Carenado. It seems that DAP is a problem for them - can anyone advise? Apparently, one must be a United States Citizen to have a chance...

"...then you must consider seriously if you

insist in the use of your Download accelerator....The FS standard of quality

is not the United Kingdom ...is USA..."

I have twice bought a Carenado product, but have been unable to download it. Given that every other product (and it is about 30 from different countries) has never been a problem, can anyone advise? Thanks in advance

  8. Gentlemen - after many months of not being able to download anything from Carenado using DAP - and after complaining, I got this response.

"then you must consider seriously if you

insist in the use of your Download accelerator....The FS standard of quality

is not the United Kingdom ...is USA..."

I love the US - but is this true?

  9. Damn it - is someone going to have a word with Fritz. Not only has he not bothered to have the trees around the field trimmed, it now seems he's been digging up the tarmac again

    Anyone else see this?

Good to be back my friendly Emma-ites :D
