Ok great. I will check that out. U did find a previous file I saved before that says uncorrupteddll.xml. would I just rename it back to dll.xml once I put it back into the original folder?

I tried adding once and the add on menu disappeared. As soon as I start to add a new entry and start fsx the add on menu goes away but if I delete the other entry and leave the FSUIPC it shows the add on menu only for FSUIPC. What do I need to do? I hope its not going to be reinstall every addon I have.

Ok I went ahead and renamed and reinstalled the FSUIPC installer. My entire dll.xml was erased except the FSUIPC now. Am I able to paste the old dll xml text for each add on?

Pete, How do I go about uninstalling Simconnect from my computer. I see no option in Control Panel under uninstall programs. I had installed fsx gold edition and then acceleration and I found out from a online simmer that fsx gold has all the SP's needed and when I installed Acceleration it overwrote it which might be causing my FSX to hang. He looked at my error log and that was his conclusion. He suggested uninstalling then reinstalling, but I am not sure how to go about doing that. He gave me a link to download each SP but would I need to do that if I just installed FSX completely and then reinstalled every addon or would uninstalling simconnect be an easier route rather than a full uninstall of FSX?

Pete, Hopefully I can get this to you before you leave for a couple weeks, if not, not a big deal. I did the rename of cfg file and it worked initially but then the next flight it acted up again. How do I go about uninstalling SP2 update? Will that mean I have to do a complete uninstall and reinstall all of my addons and all of my scenery add ons? I looked in control panel under progams and didn't see anything saying SP2.

I apologize. I didn't see the response. I read it and tried the renewing fsx.cfg file and once I did that I tried again. Is working for now. I hope I don't have keep renewing the config file each time. I tried other airports and other planes before I emailed you just recently. Planes that had just worked yesterday. But it's working now. If I have problems again I will just renew the cfg.file

Pete, I talked to you months ago about my controls not responding and we confirmed that under the log file the aircraft section was blank. I updated to your most recent version. Has there been a fix for this yet. I just spent 3 hours in my 737 setting everything up and when I went to push the throttles forward it didn't respond again. Went ahead and did the 3D00 like you asked. Left side had no checked boxes but did what you said and this is what the error log showed. I have tried will LevelD 767 too. Yesterday I had downloaded the Mcphat repaints for the ERj135 and ERJ145XR but I deleted everything and started from scratch and just can't seem to figure this out. I have a registered version of FSUIPC 4.758 and have had no problems flying my planes. I today updated the PMDG 737 ngx SP1.c and now FSUPIC no longer responds. I have profiles saved in the past for each type of plane but the controls aren't responding in the aircraft. I try and click the "Profile Specific" box and when I click it, it immediately unchecks itself and will save no profiles. I have tried default aircraft as well not just the 737 and nothing will respond to the controls. I have also checked FSX controls to make sure no axises have gone back to default. I use FSUIPC because I have multiple types of aircraft I fly and it is nice to have profiles for each. I have also tried reloading planes and restarting FSX. Nothing seems to work. Someone help please!

I am usin FSX Gold Edition with SP2. FSUIPC is verison 4.758 and I use FSUIPC because I like to save the profiles for different aircraft that way I don't have to go into FS controls each time I want to fly a different type of aircraft. Each time I try the axis it is a different lever that is recognized. It works in the actual cockpit but I can't get FSUPIC to recognize it when I want to "rescan" and change the function. That eliminates a issue with the actual hardware.

I have been using FSUIPC for months no with no problem and then today I was trying to configure a different aircraft and when I pushed forward the levers only one or two would work. What I mean is the Value (+ or -) would not move. I have read about saitek registry error online but I am not sure what the issue is. Anybody else have this issue. I tried the rescan and still only one on each quadrant would be recognized by FSUIPC.
