Where to get the latest FSUIPC

Forgive me for sounding so stupid but where do I get FSUIPC 4.754? I got 4.751b but Radar Contact 4 keeps crashing since then. I heard there is a 4.754 released yesterday but at Petes website there is only 4.7. Is there a special pass code I say at the door. Also what is the latest makerrunways version. Is it 4.51? I don't want to screw up my installation, I just need to know the latest of these 2 to make Radar Contact work again. Thanks
