ok downloaded new version , now ok thanks for your help.

Sorry , I cannot find the install log , is it or should it be in Modules / FSUIPC file as if so there is only the log i supplied there , if elsewhere please advise

Great work thanks as I have had to reinstall fsx with steam following problems running under windows 8.1 However when I run the installer it never asks for registration details at the end and FSX shows it is running an unregistered version. Thanks I have installed the steam version ok but I cannot register it. The installer never displays thehhth the rgistration page any ideas
