FSUIPC Failure under Win8 Consumer Preview

I have re-installed Win8 from clean install this time along with clean install of FSX and all is working properly. Thank you. Don -
This is just a heads posted since Win8 is a ways off and just starting beta but figured Pete may want to get a jump on things. I just upgraded my existing rig from Win7x64 to Win8x64 (read about it on my blog here: http://www.adssimpits.com/Simpits/ADS_Simpits_Home.aspx). Upon attempting to load FSX I get an error on load stating that FSX found an error with FSUIPC4 (latest from Feb 2012) and asks if I want to skip loading, shown below. Additionally, an error log is created but it is blank.
