That's awesome!
I use fsuipc so much and you do such great work. Is buying it again the best way to send you something or is there a seperate donate more button somewhere?

I found out the problem. If you have an entry in the FSUIPC4.ini file such as[Profile.A2A PA 28]1=Piper Pa-28-180 CherokeeThen at a later time lose/delete the corresponding ini file in the profiles folder, a new file is NOT created and the information is stored in the FSUIPC.ini file.I think I lost the corresponding ini file during a re-install of P3D.I do have another issue and I will make a new topic for it.Thanks for the speedy response,Scott

Starting with version 4937 the "UseProfiles=Files" no longer creates a new file in the Modules\Profiles folder. It seems the UseProfiles=Files is ignored for file creation and axis and button information is once again stored in the FSUIPC4.ini file. Aircraft that have ini file in the Profiles folder still use the file. I can manually create an aircraft ini file for FSUIPC to use. I will use this work around for now. I just figured it might be something to look at.
Thanks,
Scott
Windows 11 + FSUIPC7 crash
in FSUIPC7 MSFS
Posted
I was getting a crash after installing Windows 11 as well. In my case is was the device driver Sonic Studio Virtual Mixer. No issues with FSUIPC7. Once I removed that device driver no more MSFS 2020 crashes. I figured someone might end up here thinking the issue is FSUIPC and this post may help them.
