[Help please Josef]

Dear Josef,

I have gone to open up my Trafficboard only to be asked to register the product. This I did in Jan 03 when I bought it. So, I went back through my old emails to find the "User Name" and "Key" I was given at the time. However, it would not acept it. What should I do next. I wish to still hold onto all the files and traffic I have created over the last four months.

I've tried to do what you suggested, but I get as far as "scan PAI traffic.bgl" and I am unable to direct FB to locate the file. Sorry. Any further help would be greatly appreciated for this newbie.

Would someone be kind enough to explain the steps in getting PAI packs to work in Trafficboard. I've downloaded the Installer, then the Silk Air, Singapore Airlines Cargo and Australian Airlines packs. I have then "Auto Installed" these packs.

It's the next step that is the cause of my frustrations. What are the steps in now building a new AI file that will include my old and these new additions.

Re your PS-the flight I generated was to be a daily one.Hence I thought the indication of "7 flights generated" was correct.

Thanks for the Trial version. I've had a look at it and note that when I search YSSY ther are none of my current flights. Is this just because it is the trial version? I also added a flight from YSSY to YMML, and return, and noted the 7 new flights- so far so good. I activated those changes, or so I thought, fired up fs2002, but no A/C.FYI- I have already installed Mytraffic and it's editor is that part of the problem? Can I transfer my Mytraffic to FlightBoard and if so is this done manualy or automaticly when I download the full version.
