:D thanks for your nice email, BestFood.
Nightlights (originally meant for FScene2002):

At your own risk, though technically they would fit.
(If you try them, make a backup of the World/Texture dir)
Let me know your experience here for other users please.

:Dgotta take our club from them darn whippersnapper jetjockies / military maggots who love to so-call fly in them loud-as-a-monster's fart tornados & falcons.
good ole fashion effc 'out & about' using single engine or twin non-turbined.
very simple, round about from some effc field to some other effc field.

You know I am a 'fantastic' Emma Field pilot. Once or twice I managed to land there, took me abt. 1 and a half year!
Let's do it. And let's use Teamspeak, so we get to know each other.
Thanks Francois!

:D Hi,
FScene causes no loss of Frame rate in MSFS.
Read this:
By Marcel Widi - Linz/Austria
Review in one word: speechlessOK, now in more detail: When I first saw the quite high price for a few replacement textures I thought there must be an errorbut then I thought if the thing is worth its money, it has to be the add-on of the yearI tried out Europe andI was right! I have combined Ruud Faber's textures with Justin Tyme's (FSGenesis) mesh terrain and what I got was the next best thing to Flight Simulator 2006 (!) The textures are a quantum leap indeed - most of all I like the woods - finally it looks like there really are trees - in fact the effect is so good that I have turned off the auto-gen completely which has the nice side-effect of an increase in framerate!
so much for the proscons: flight-sim addiction might be a side-effectso long, Marcel

:D A big welcome to Jeroen Wenting (JWenting) as moderator for our FScene Support Forum.
Given his long-time experience in the FS world, we count ourselves very lucky to have him aboard!
Some facts:
Active in civilian flightsimming since 1999, in military simming since about 1985.
Founding member of the Emma Field Flying Club.
Member of TradeWind Caribbean Airlines (TCA) since February 2000.
Aircraft painter for TCA since late 2001.
IRC moderator for Avsim early 2002.
Flight1 certified expert.
Total FS sticktime (MSFS only): about 3000 hours.
Created a few small scenery areas to complement Lago's Emma Field, did about half a dozen repaints (in addition to those for TCA).
In real life, software engineer and Java/J2EE expert.
Total sticktime: 40 minutes during an intro flight in a STOL-kitted C172M, with the intention to get the PPL.
Thanks for joining us Jeroen!

:D Thanks Lizardo,
is your name releated to lizzards (no offence)?
ruud

 what is the meaning of STOL?

:D
thanks Shawn,
glad you answered, since I am not quite aquainted with all the programs.
Too busy to design the new FScene2004 textures.
fall Europe will be released soon, early october is what i am aiming at.
regards to both of you,

:( neither can I.
:D A nice thing is my latest FScene2004 files will be used during this year's contest at the AVSIM Convention.
This year is an approach into Reading, PA airport in crosswinds in the MAAM B-25 Mitchell. Everyone will be trying out of Friday and Saturday… then the final contest will be at the banquet dinner Saturday evening… on a large projection system in front of several hundred people. These include all Avsim Staff, most FS major vendors, and attendees to the conference.

Hi Jacek,
:D yes, you could do that.
After that you could always decide later to buy the new seasons of FScene2004, which quite differ but then easyly overwrite the FScene2002 ones, without disturbing the other 'old' seasons you already have.
Have fun,
thanks,
ruud

:D Great start Francois!
like your house-style :!:
Wish you and Miquel a lot of fun and a lot of success with this new baby

Francois, :D I am very glad for you and I do hope
this very special 'site/shop' will attract many many simmers :!:
your buddy,

:D
It's a typical Francois attitude, you have to know your languages

Hi Mannie,
yes, there is a special offer if you wish to switch to FScene2004.
FScene2004 is a complete new product.
You can use your FScene2002 files in FS2004 if you like.
Use FS2002?: See the note about patches on my website please.
Without the patches you'll find some 'gaps' in the scenery
because you will miss some textures.
Regards,
ruud
