Wnat about doing something like the following:
1. Display this forum in a frame in the EFFC web site
2. Add the EFFC style to this forum (so we can select it in our profile)
That way the forum still gets exposure from being among the other simFlight forums, but we can access it from the EFFC site and have the colors match. Doing #1 is easy. Hopefully, #2 can be negotiated. Who knows, users of other forums might like an alternate color scheme from the "factory original" one.

Teamspeak 2 is still in late beta (RC1 = release candidate 1). It's not unusual for beta versions to have expiration dates in order to minimize the lifetime of old versions floating around generating support requests.
Granted, it would have been better to make it more obvious that the timeout existed and what the date was.

Yep, I remember the old sims. Interesting to see the progression of the sim as computers got faster and video cards got fancier features.

Thanks Jeff! I've missed this capability since I started using Windows 2.1. That's a long time. :lol:
I've always used 4DOS (a replacement for command.com) because of its description function that worked in DOS just like FileNotes does in Windows. It's nice to have that feature in Windows now.

It's an animated GIF file with a different image for each frame of animation to make it like a slide show. Pretty neat.

What version of Netscape are you using? The tutorial page shows up on Mozilla 1.2.1. The page has some alignment problems but it shows up.

Brian just finalized the model so we have to update our textures. The panel is mostly there and will be fine tuned. I'm not sure about giving a time estimate since it's a labor of love and if the plane needs a little extra time, I don't want to disappoint you guys. But it won't be toooo long. Just want to make as sure as possible that everything is in there and working. :wink:
I forgot to take some pictures of the 2D panel. It's really nice! And this version has both pilot and co-pilot panels!
Does anyone have or can get their hands on some real Renegade sounds? That's the part of this project that we're really missing (that and closeup photos for texture detail).

I second, or third or whatever number we're up to here, the recommendation on Gary's work. He also rates and awards other people on their work.
As for Heather, she's doing much better now. But since her FS computer died, she's working on her book on an old (i.e. slow) computer right now until she saves up for a new PC.
