"Be Back" is a program that pauses FS9 once a certain number of Nautical Miles has been reached. It's really good on long transcontinental flights when you have to step away from the computer and you dont want to miss an event (like a certain city or landing).
I looked at the log, but I honestly don't understand anything it says. :oops:

I just started up FS9 and ran the "BeBack" program. I inserted an alert for 5 NM and it gave me this error message:
"One or more programs you are using is not accredited for access to an unregistered copy of FSUIPC. Please see the FSUIPC.LOG for details."
What should I do? What went wrong?

How did you get the windows to be the same height and same shape. It looks awesome. It reminds me of the Rhapsody of the Seas. All my windows looked unleveled and awkward. :oops: Keep up the awesome work. :wink:

Also, the ship travels backwards! It needs to go in reverse to go forward. What should I do? :?

Ok, I got my Carnival Explorer into the Virtual seas finally. It's no where near completion but I just wanted to get it in. I have major problems that I need help with.
- The handrails are disappearing. How did you do yours?
- Half of the ship is underwater.
- The ship is huge! It needs to be scaled down. But how?
- The windows of the bridge show up from certain angles only.
- All the window breaks (the black lines that seperate window panes) don't show up.
- I need to know how to paint an imported lifeboat.
Help! :cry: :?

I want to test out my ship, "Carnival Explorer" in VS but I am having difficulties. The ship is not done I just want to test. I have the model in .3ds and have tried running it through to transfer it to .x, it dsplays an error. It shuts down. The model is being done in Sketchup. I also need to repaint the lifeboats and davits that are found on Pieter's site. But in Sketchup, I can't repaint the imported lifeboats. :? Help!!! :!:

Charlotte, what happened to that one ship you were building, it had a very nice interior. :D :D :DI hope Charlotte releases that ship
I wish :roll: Charlotte has been working hard on that ship since I first joined over a year ago. I had my hopes high when I first saw it, but after about 5 months, it died away! When will it be released? When pigs fly. :lol: :wink: :roll:

I also need some help with resizing imported 3d objects. I want to add the lifeboats but it shows up super tiny. I can't manage to get it to scale with the ship. :?

how far in the water will the hull go down?, if it go's down to the windows that would be neat looking out of them
Well, no. That would be just weird and very frightful if you were to look out in a storm (or create a leak :shock: )!

Well, Carnival Cruise Lines has hired me to modle their new cruise ship. Not really! :roll: But I have started it though, it is completely my idea. The name and the design are all out of my head. It isn't the best model in the world or anything, I don't even know if it will ever be released but I just wanted to let everyone know. I've taken the initiative and tried something out. Comments are welcome. :wink:
BTW- I still have no idea what I will be adding to the ship and how it will come out.

That's at Svinesund. The land on the right is Norway and on the left is Sweden. The bridge in the background has only recently opened for the public.

Well, I was cruising and exploring Charlotte's new scenery (btw- excellent job!) and thought this looked nice! I'm sorry that I did not get exact corridinates. :cry: Hope you like it!

Wasn't there a topic about the Florida scenery a while back? Awww, found it, here is the topic about the drop in FPS from Florida.
If you add 3 or more ships in VS, your FPS might drop (depending on your system). Luckly for me, after about 5 ships, I start to loose FPS. But don't ask me what my system is, I just ordered a custom computer designed for gaming from Dell, have no idea what I have though. But if its good, why worry? LOL! :wink:

i never thought i'd say this but carnival is trying to be the suck up to everyone...well exept me, carnival, do you have any freinds at school? :lol:
This has nothing to do with "friends at school"! :roll: And why do you call anyone who corrects you a "suck up?" Sucking up to a mod or anyone else around here isn't getting you anything, what do you think someone gains from sucking up? The reason I get a little respect around here is because I respect the other members here. Never have I said to anyone here "Screw you," thats just not right. Let me remind you, this is a "Support Forum" not a screenshots forum or a debate forum. When I say something disrespectful, I say it aloud in inside, but never here.
BTW- I have more friends than you'll ever get with the way you talk to people. You must be an average student who doesn't care much for his future, becuase with the way I see it, you have no future with stubborn, hard-headed, disrespectful attitudes. And the reason that I expect teens to be the way I previously described is becuase all of my friends (14 of them) are in my classes, Advance-Placement: Geometry, English, World Geograpghy, Biology etc.

Like CarnivalCrazy13, I am more than happy to deal with "teens" as long as they behave in a decent and respectful manner to everyone. A respectful and polite young, or even older member is more likely to gain my respect, and the respect of other members.Thank you, someone else shares my views.

Telling a wiser forum member that is backed up by more members of this forum than you are (if you are to begin with, after all the unneeded annnoyance) to "screw themselves" is very childish and at a kiddy-level. Not even if Sonny9Anderson was wrong, or incorrect is it proper to tell anyone that. Liltrey, I seriously thought you had finally learned to respect this forum and their members, but apparently I was wrong. That is what the log said after I did exactly as you stated, started FS, started the BeBack program, got the error, closed FS, copied the log, gave it to you.
The .exe is IWillBeBack.exe, but it is inside a folder named BeBack. It seems that I am the only one experiencing this error. That's why I was directed to this forum.
