Hello Peter it is running! It was really the Windows Firewall ! Exactly Adjustment for the several Networktyp "Firewall for the public network" ! But now I have fear to fly on VATSIM Network online without the Firewall ! I didn't have many idea for Computers! What can I do, or can you give me any guess for further Adjustments! For your information I don't surf in the Internet with this Computer only Online connection for the online flying what makes a lot of fun! Than you for your help in advance!

Hello Peter I updated my FS2004 Server with Windows 7 Professional I have installed evreything new!My clients have Windows XP and Win 98 also mixed network!I have network connectivity but if I start FS2004 there stands Wide Fs waiting for clients and as I start Wide client exe from my first Client Wide client witing for Connection !I have fully shared the Fs2004 folder under Windows XP everything was working fine since many years!

Hi Peter! I changed my operating system from Win98 SE to Win XP home edition on the Server only ! I have a question to the adjustment concerning Wide FS !In Win 98 SE I used the TCP/IP protocoll with binding to the Fast Ethernet Adapter and IPX/SPX protocoll was only installed for the Server Node but no binding set to the Fast Ethernet Adapter!In Win XP network properties I cannot find such binding options !!Could you tell me what Ihave to do now!Shall I install both protocolls ?Now I have installed this: -Client for Microsoft Network -File and printer sharing for Microsoft Network -Qos Paketplaner -TCP/IP protocoll

Peter I mean with going out I see nothing I see the normally Windows Desktop !Even I make an test to posit my airplane to Munich I could airborne and could land nothing happened !The same I do it Hamburg !Everything runs nothing happened ,but in Stuttgart after start FS crashes and the autopilot was still runnig from Projekt Magenta !He is on the same Computer !The clients was not running in all test so no networkproblems !It was running since one year without problem but yet !Shit FS2002

OK Peter the problem is my bad english!Yes I'am using a network with 5 Computer's !Server and four Clients with Project Magenta Software!Switching Off I mean that only the FS2002 is going out not the Server(PC) !With "lost data area in FS2002 of non exist engines" I mean a line in your history of FSUIPC 3.23 Explain ! In FSUIPC log stands following lines: 37851 Aircraft \PMDG737-700\B737-700.air 37870 Aircraft=**** 98430 Aircraft=PMDG 737-700 PM No Panel and in the Wide Client log after FS is going out I find these lines : Error on Client post -Connection select Connection reset by peer ! Even I made a testflight without client running and FS2002 is going out again after the airplane from the runway and activitate the autopilot !I only use the PMDG 737/700 without Panel !Until now it was running ! I don't know what I have make wrong !I only updated my CDU nothing else !

Hi Peter! One year ago I had an problem with my FS2002 in my network! Sometimes if I wanted to land FS2002 switched off and the ProjectMagenta Enginedisplays changed from 737 to an 747 sources !At that time I used FSUIPC version 3.30 !After change to 3.47 It was running!Yesterday I wanted to fly from Hamburg to Stuttgart everything was running until landing ILS !FS2002 switched off and the Enginedisplays changed from 737 to 747!I have updated my CDU last sunday with CDU nav;trm and Airways from Schirattis Homepage (Navdata)!But I must say that I updated my CDU irregular !Could this be the problem perhaps ?I use the MCP at the same Computer where FS is running since 2 weeks ! FSUIPC log shows no errors !Could it be a problem with FSUIPC again I mean the "lost data area with non exist engines in FS2002" ? Best Regards Michael

I must say sorryfor my last topic to you, and thank you for made a good job to you Peter!Because I updated from FSUIPC3.30 and WIDE FS6.23 at the latest version!And everything is running good (the whole network and the FS2002)!With my last version of FSUIPC 3.30 FS switched off at landing and the enginedisplay of ProjectMagenta Software shows me an 747 engine display although I fly the PMDG 737/700 !Now this doesn't happened!For WideFS I must say I have only three Error messages in the Wideserver Log! 792596****Error!Sumcheck or lenght fails on received socket 1544 block len 106 =(time 654) 1077036****Error!Sumcheck or lenght fails on received socket1544block len 134=(time493) 4593751****Error!Sumcheck or lenght fails on received socket1544block len 53=(time 0)! Must I worried about it !It is the Client 2 with CDU and MCP is running but I have a smooth flight I mean from the network !No stutterduring the flight!!!I must Thanks to you again!!!!!!

I don't to know why you give me an answer of my topic below with the exception mistake in window!I find the mistake myself !It was the not installed IPX/SPX protocoll!I don't activate it but it must be install probably!But now I wanted to know if you have tips or ideas for me with using Win98SE for the employment in the Ini-files of Wide Server Ini and Wide Client Ini ?What is with Application Delay or Send Scan Time in Wide Client Ini?Could it be a problem to use CDU and MCP from Project Magenta on one Client ?With Wide FS 6.23 it was no problem !!!

Hello Peter! I updated my FSUIPC and Wide FS version succesfull!First of all FS UIPC then I have Run my FS2002 all is perfect!But when I updated my WideFS and start the FS2002 it came a crash with Win98SE with following mistake (Heavy exception mistake in Windows Adress 0028-EFAO1B78 in the VXD-file WSIPX(01)+00000B78!I don't know what I can do now!For your info I'am using on all computers Win98SE and the TCP/IP protocoll!My second problem is if I stand with my PMDG737/700 in Hannover an want to look out of the windows the FS2002 switched off !But only on this airport!What coud this be ?I'am using this airplane with the PMDG Mode on Project Magenta webpage!It is possible to use the PMDG with Project Magenta !The GDI+Dll I have installed in the main FS2002 folder!It is necessary for non Win XP users !Please help me I'am a newbie in flightsimulations and computers ! :oops:

Hi I'am a Newbie of Flighsimulation! I wanted to update my FSUIPC from3.30 to 3.47 but I had read something of an failure with FS time setting and AI Traffic!what is that meaning!I set weather and time about FS not about FSUIPC interface!Could somebody it explain it to me! Thanks !!!!!!!!!!!! :P

OK !What do you advice me,shall I change the newest version of both,because I'am using on all Computers Win98 SE and on all Computers the TCP/IP protocoll!If I change to the newest version of both must I change in the engagement of the Ini-files? And Peter you wrote to me simply to copy the newest Dll's in the FS modules folder,but the dokuments of you saids (Be careful don't have different versions of FSUIPC and WIDE FS in your modules foder)!And you said FS load all Dll-files;is this not aproblem?And what is with the Wideclient Exe and Wideclient ini must I change it too or only the Dll of the FS modules folder?Please have comprehension with me,because I'am a beginner with Computers and FS and I never had some problems with FS and your FSUIPC and WideFS before!Second problem is everything the language!

Hi! Thank you for help,but do you mean Dll not cleared but also overwrite like Project Magenta !There you copied new Dll in the main folder and then opens a window "Do you want to replace the old version and so on"! At earlier time I do this as ;everxthing eas OK!
