oh wait never mind i found the problem. it turned out to be my race wheel that was causing it lol

hi im haveing problems with my flaps in fs2004 after i load up the game ans start with any aircraft the flaps seem to "spaz" out by frequently moveing randomly up and down themself. it began doing this after i installed the patch to 9.1 then changed my old FSUIPC to the new one so i decided to reinstall the whole game again and yet it is still doing it anyone know why regards JC
