  1. Pete, Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, I don't think FS sees the rotary control, however, there is a freeware utility that does actually set up some rotory controls (Increase AP Height, move the heading bug). I cannot figure out how this is achieved (possibly with an amendment to the config file) but I have not yet discovered the secret. Never mind. Time to retire the old X45 as it's a jet fighter control and I don't fly jets fighters anymore. Need to move on to a yoke, throttle and lots of radio things. Need to start saving up! Regards Stan
  2. Hi All, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Small proplem, I am trying to program the X45 using the throttle rotary as a mixture control for a Cessna 172. I have made a profile for FS2004 but cannot get FSUIPC to recognise the control. It sees the throttle, elevator, rudder and pitch, but not the rotary. Any suggestions would be welcome as I've read and re-read the manual. Maybe I'm just dense!!! Regards Stan
