Dear Folks,
Whoever purchased the Tower!3D at www.atcsuite.com or www.feelthere.com can re-download the product now it's called Tower3D_incl_hotfix.exe
This is not the SP. All it solve is the 70% load crash and the inactive Start button. It also possibly solve the colliding airplanes at TBIT at KLAX but no guarantee.

Wind is going to be simulated but delays are not. Perhaps a feature for tower!3 :)

Please launch the exe as admin and it will solve the problem.

Thank you for the help, seems like we were able to solve it. Tomorrow we will test the new installer then we will release it right a way.

1) known issue, the SP1 (and possibly the hotfix will fix it)
2) please send us the log when it happens
3) please send us the log when it happens
4) please send us the log and a screenshot when it happens

No plan to update KORD. It's possible we will release a new version sometimes in the future.

We sent the hotfix test our last night to customers who contacted us through email (and provided enough information so we were able to verify the problem). If you wish to receive the test before it's release (please note it will not a be a fully functional game just a test) please contact our support with your proof of purchase and your log file.
If anyone else experience this problem, please contact us with the information above. We don't guarantee we will give everyone a test, but we would like to see some result too. Unfortunately it happens only on a very specific system so we cannot test on any of our computers. Once we have a few positive feedback all we have to do is creating an installer and send it out.

Please explain your question about airlines. Please tell me what exactly you wish to do (add liveries, add new airlines, etc)
We haven't tested it yet but theoretically Dick's schedule creator should work as we didn't change the format, but let's see :)
You are right; if you remove the directory then it goes back to the default setup.

Indeed home made schedules are free to be distributed. The schedule we provide with the software is licensed from a company and we must protect it.

As I promised earlier here is a little information about how to do some editing within Tower!3D. Let me use KLAX for an example.First of all you need to make a directory and subdirectory within Tower!3D
Tower!3D
->Extensions
-->Airfields
--->KLAX (for example)Within the KLAX folder you can add any of these files:
klax_airplanes.txt [you can define airplane types for KLAX ie.: AJT0-JT0-Widebody Default Jet -WIDE BODY JET ]
klax_schedule.txt [schedules for klax]
klax_terminal.txt [terminal.cfg]
By creating any folder under T!3D/Extensions/Airfields/XXXX you can add these files and they will overwrite the default files for those airports

We don't plan to add too much extra things into the SP as we have a huge list for the Pro version already, but this shouldn't be a major thing to change. No promises :)
Btw in Pro pilots will greet the Tower based on time of the day.
