  1. NO it was bought 3 years ago working with xplane and the maximum time for free support is 120 days
  2. I already made contact with them but is kind of expensive they charge 150 dlls per issue. I was looking for other options but it seems that will be my last one...
  3. Thats right everything is working except the elevator even pedals RCI and avionics are working and fully operable , I tryed in a different pc and it is doing the same thing. Actually I have 2 cirrus ii and they have the same issue with FSX but they work perfectly fine only with X'plane
  4. Actually I Havent configured yet anything at all, but even in FSUICP the yoke is not showing any movement as the other do. The only issue is the elevator . The weird thing is when I open the PFC Harware Calibration it actually recognizes all the axes and bottons. But when trying to calibrate for example direct from windows harware recognizable as cirrusii ,the yoke seems to be frozen and only recognizes 2 of the yoke bottons , but actually can do anything to calibrate it. And on FSX everyhing work ok and can be calibrated only with FSUICP, FSX calibration or axes assigments cant be done from there.
  5. Hi Pete Sorry Ysterday I got really bussy. I already reinstalled everything as you told me with no success. All axes working but no the Elevator Here are the logs: [Options] FlashAPcapts=Yes FlashMarkers=Yes FlashTransponder=Yes FlashADFindicator=Yes DMEuseRMIselect=Yes [Debug] Console=No LogComms=No LogData=No LogDecode=No LogDevices=Yes LogDeviceChanges=Yes LogToDebugger=No LogIPCwrites=No LogMacroNames=No LogTxData=No LogReadCounts=No [Config] TrimRange=256 ApBeepWave=sound\Caapdis AlertWave=sound\AltAlert MacroFilename=PFC [General] UpdatedByVersion=4853 History=3YKW737TKFK00WEQ2WPAE InitDelayDevicesToo=No MouseWheelMove=No MouseWheelTrim=No MouseWheelTrimSpeed=1 JoystickTimeout=20 PollGFTQ6=Yes BlankDisplays=No FixControlAccel=No FixMachSpeedBug=No DeleteVehiclesForAES=Yes AutoScanDevices=Yes VisibilityOptions=No OneCloudLayer=No CloudTurbulence=No CloudIcing=No GenerateCirrus=No SuppressCloudTurbulence=No MaxIce=-4 MinIce=-4 UpperWindGusts=No SuppressWindTurbulence=No SuppressWindVariance=No WindTurbulence=No TurbulenceRate=1.0,5.0 TurbulenceDivisor=20,20,40,40 SuppressAllGusts=No MaxSurfaceWind=0 WindLimitLevel=200 WindDiscardLevel=400 WindAjustAltitude=No WindAjustAltitudeBy=2000 SmoothBySimTime=No WindSmoothing=No WindSmoothness=2 WindSmoothAirborneOnly=Yes PressureSmoothness=0 TemperatureSmoothness=0 DisconnTrimForAP=No ZeroElevForAPAlt=No ThrottleSyncAll=No WhiteMessages=No ShowPMcontrols=No SpoilerIncrement=512 MagicBattery=No RudderSpikeRemoval=No ElevatorSpikeRemoval=No AileronSpikeRemoval=No ReversedElevatorTrim=No ClockSync=No ClockSyncMins=5 ClearWeatherDynamics=No OwnWeatherChanges=No TimeForSelect=4 LoadFlightMenu=No LoadPlanMenu=No PauseAfterCrash=No BrakeReleaseThreshold=75 SaveDataWithFlights=No ZapSound=firework ShortAircraftNameOk=No UseProfiles=Yes EnableMouseLook=No AxesWrongRange=No TCASid=Flight TCASrange=40 AxisCalibration=No DirectAxesToCalibs=No ShowMultilineWindow=Yes SuppressSingleline=No SuppressMultilineFS=No AxisIntercepts=No DontResetAxes=No InitDelay=0 GetNearestAirports=Yes OOMcheck=Yes WeatherReadFactor=2 WeatherRewriteSeconds=1 CustomWeatherModify=No SimConnectStallTime=1 LuaRerunDelay=66 FSVersionUsed="Microsoft Flight Simulator X",10.0.61637.0 SimConnectUsed=10.0.61259.0 [JoyNames] AutoAssignLetters=No 0=PFC Cirrus II 0.GUID={9493A2A0-C198-11E3-8004-444553540000} 1=PFC USB Pedals 2 1.GUID={949131A0-C198-11E3-8001-444553540000} 2=PFC Remote Instrument Console 2.GUID={9493A2A0-C198-11E3-8005-444553540000} 3=PFC Avionics Adaptor 3.GUID={AF4EFBF0-C1B4-11E3-8001-444553540000} [buttons] ButtonRepeat=20,10 [MacroFiles] 1=747 OHD 2=APchart [AutoSave] Next=1 Interval=60 Files=10 SaveOnGround=No AutoSaveEnabled=No [GPSout] GPSoutEnabled=No [GPSout2] GPSoutEnabled=No [WideServer] WideFSenabled=Yes AdvertiseService=1 Port=8002 Port2=9002 [sounds] Path=C:\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Sound\ Device1=Primary Sound Driver Device2=Digital Audio (HDMI) (High Definition Audio Device) Device3=Digital Audio (S/PDIF) (High Definition Audio Device) [ClientNames] 1=SIM-PC [Axes] 0=17X,256,D,4,9,0,0 1=17Y,256,D,10,0,0,0 2=17Z,256,D,5,17,0,0 3=17R,256,D,18,0,0,0 4=17U,256,D,6,13,0,0 5=17V,256,D,14,0,0,0 [JoystickCalibration] AllowSuppressForPFCquad=Yes ExcludeThrottleSet=Yes ExcludeMixtureSet=Yes ExcludePropPitchSet=Yes SepRevsJetsOnly=No ApplyHeloTrim=No UseAxisControlsForNRZ=No FlapsSetControl=0 FlapDetents=No ReverserControl=66292 Reverser1Control=66422 Reverser2Control=66425 Reverser3Control=66428 Reverser4Control=66431 MaxThrottleForReverser=256 AileronTrimControl=66731 RudderTrimControl=66732 CowlFlaps1Control=66162 CowlFlaps2Control=66163 CowlFlaps3Control=66164 CowlFlaps4Control=66165 SteeringTillerControl=0 MaxSteerSpeed=60 Elevator=-16380,-512,512,16380 THANKS!!
  6. Thanks I just followed the instructions found on the Pfc USB for FSX and they clearly specifies something about com1 actually com1 appears on green when I select it . But ok let me re check
  7. Of course . Ok I'll try a reinstall all of the drivers or even a full uninstall of FSX . But I really not sure if I'm using the correct ones . I downloaded them as PFCusbfsx. Exe and it installs by itself the pfchild .dll and the pfcfsx.dll . Do you have a link where I can download the specific drivers ? So that way we discard bad diver installation . Thanks
  8. Thanks for your answer Pete I really Apreciate the time you are taking to help ! Give me a few hours to send you the info you requested , right now I'm not close to the computer . I'll post you in a while thanks a lot!
  9. Hi good morning , I'm new on this forum , I had read a lot of other threads looking for something similar that is happening to me but with no luck . This is my issue : I got a cirrus ii from PFC with pedals yoke IRC and avionics panel with AP. I'm working in a 3 screen panoramic cockpit project with an instructor panel using wideview in other PC and other PC underneath showing the flight instruments on FSX. I have read all manuals of how to install the drivers from Pfc i have installed pfchild.exe and registered version of pfuicp, All the devices are recognized by the Pfc utilities and all the axes as well but when trying to use it direct with FSX y can't get the green crosses all I get is the first green check the second once I choose com 1 . I just discard that indication and start trying to use the sim but the elevator is not recognizable even in fsuicp . Also the avionics work but the frequency displays are off but Te knobs work correctly . I have tried configure the axis directly from windows with not succes not recognizable ... I really need help with this I have tryed everything and I'm getting really frustrated because the time and money I had expended . Please help !!
