Solution was on this forum: "FSX automatically mistrusts modules" This has also caused problems with add-on a/c that require the config to start and now has solved the problem for that too! Yes I had run FSX before that post and no additional files have been added since. I added the additional loader file as it was clear that FSUIPC was not working so tried that, and that list the file names and the purpose is correct. So from what you have said I understand that FSUIPC is not starting normally within FSX ? Many thanks, George

Ok so now i have deleted all the files and started from the beginning. I now have the 4.92 version but no log has been installed. I tried letting it create a new dll file, that failed as well. Now I have no log file and the problem remains. I also haven't been asked to allow the program to run in FSX and boots as normal but is listed as "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Modules\FSUIPC4.dll.izrzunzcauktqouauwlobkrwhiatitwouaetnobw=-1" in the trusted section.
