  1. I did some digging, and it was indeed the F-104 that included the key file, along with FSUIPC 3.8.2.0 and an ini file to go with it. The package is the F-104S freeware from the Sim Skunk Works freeware page. I may still try it out, but if there are issues due to not having a key, I'll just ditch it. I don't need to fly that fast anyway. :P
  2. Pete, I gotta tell you... I feel like an idiot. I work in IT and didn't even think to look at that log. Some plane I recently downloaded (an F104 I think) came with a key file. I hadn't actually fired up the Sim until today, and after reading the log that pointed to that key file, I knew exactly what was happening. I just deleted the key, and everything works "as advertised." Thanks much! If you're ever in GSO, your first beer's on me!
  3. To my knowledge, I haven't' changed anything on my FS9 setup, but for some reason, my FSUIPC has quit working. I was using 3.999z2, then I tried installing 3.999z8. Neither one will connect with the Sim. The error shot attached is from Autower, but my Active Sky is also affected. I tried restarting the 'puter too, but obviously that didn't work. (If it had, I wouldn't be here!)
