When I got Tower 2011! and Tracon 2011! the manuals were included in the download.
I don't know how to find in a MAC but in a PC you go to the C: drive and find Program Files, Tower (Or Tracon) and in there you will find a folder for a manual.
In Windows 7, you can also click on the start button, go down to Tower (or Tracon) and find the manual.
