  1. Pete I have now mostly sorted it , the only thing I needed as my fuelshutoff's are not recognized by FSIUPC to assign another switch to mixture , now the strange thing is that the fuel shutoffs seem to work , maybe I leave things as they are at least no more noise from any grinder, very much appreciated and kindest regards Eric
  2. Pete Now that I have that more or less sorted , the engine starter will rotate but I can not get it to light up via fuel shutoff ( panel TQ Throttle ATQNM2008A ) any further help please Regards Eric
  3. Pete Thanks will have a try ....... Eric
  4. Thanks again Pete , I am trying simply to connect my 2 overhead switches via FSUIPC to starter 1 and starter 2 , as I have a console with fuel shutoff I use them to lightup the engine after the correct N2 , when I use the same switch to all eng start or CTRL+E no noise what so ever? I only use the default 737 for the action? very confusing? Need to make atrip to me to sort it (Cheshire )????? Regards Eric
  5. Thanks Pete If I select engine autostart 1 in FSUIPC to my starter switches I get this rumbling/grinding noise , when I select all eng autostart then I get no noise , I know how to start engines, that is not the problem it is that noise and consequently failure of some systems after 15 min when finally the noise stops? I use a normal i.o.card to do the functions via numbered switches in FSIUPC cheers Eric
  6. HI , thanks but I do use the fuel cutoff to get the engine started at the right N2 speed , which as I said will do the trick but still have this grinding noise with it , so what is the correct setting in FSIUP for engine start?
  7. Hi,I am trying to get the engine start working with FSUIPC , however when I connect starter 1 to the assigned switch it works but light up via fuel selector does not work ? When I connect the same to autostart 1 it works but there is an annoying grinding added to it , any idea which way would be the correct way to connect my overhead switches to FSX ? Thanks
