  2. Hi Pete. Finally It's work !!!!! I forgot the RS232 Configuration on Windows System. Must set on 9600 Baud and flow control None, becuse by default is Xon/xOff. And the most important thing is: In The 695 GPS Unit, in the "Aviation In" menu, neer say "Connected", it means always say "Disconected" but it works. With best Regards, Juan Pablo.
  3. Hi Pete. Today I was checking all posts and found several information: ...by the way.. still not working...   1.- On 18 March 2009 - 02:03 PM, bdschenk post: "Its working with the setup for the Garmin 496." But, I can't find this configuration in FSUIPC, can you tell me where is this option? 2.- On 05 March 2010 - 10:04 PM, alexsch post: 1) copy the gpsout dll and ini to my modules directory 2) change Sentences=AV400 3)Interval=1000 4)Port=COM5 My port is com5 because of the pci card that i use for comms 5)Speed=9600 6)PosTo6Decimal=Yes And then, on 16 March 2010 - 11:57 PM he say that works by starting the simulator option. My question is, where is the "PosTo6Decimal=Yes" option on FSUIPC? So, try to use: - Aviation In (on GPS 695 unit) - 9600 Baud for speed - AV400 option on the Bottom left of "AutoSave/GPSout" - Start simulation But still not working. So, have another idea? With best regards, Juan Pablo.

  5. Yes Pete, select speed 4800. Check the box "Check to enable the GPout" And on top, select only the box "AV400". Really don't know what else can I do. Best regards, Juan Pablo
  6. Thank you very much Pete. So, I buy the wire and purchase the FSUIPC Licence. The things that I made: 1.- Construct the Wire. Pin #3 to yellow and Pin #5 to black (ground) 2.- Installa the FSUIPC 3.- Put the License 4.- Switch on the GPS and select "Aviation IN"... and try with "Aviation IN/NMEA & VHF Out" too. 5.- Start simulator on GPS. 6.- On Complements select FSUIPC and "AutoSave/GPSout" windows. 7.- Select the AV400. Speed 4800 and intervals set to 1000. But nothing happend ... :-( :-( I thing that forget something.. but don't know what.. Thank you very much. Juan Pablo.
  7. Good afternoon. I found this post looking for some one that can connect the Garmin 695 to FSX, but have some questions. I know that the software that use is the FSUIPC, but when I download it, there the files: - FSUIPC 4.934 Changes - FSUIPC4_Loader.dll - Install FSUIPC4 - Installing and Registering FSUIPC4 And someone say that must copy the file "gpsout dll", but... where is the file and some instructios. Thanks a lot. Bye, Juan Pablo
