Will FSUIPC work for T.16000 joystick and CFS3?

I have a Thrustmaster T.16000 joystick on which I need to adjust the controls sensitivity to use in Combat Flight Simulator 3. Rather than the linear sensitivity as created by the T.16000 calibration I need to adjust the sensitivity so that is is not linear. Will FSUIPC allow me to do this for the T.16000 when using CFS3?
