EJETS Autobrake Switch and CLB thrust reduction

Hello guys #1 How can I fix the problem with the autobrake switch after landing? The switch no coming back to the off position after disconnect the autobrake, how it made after the takeoff #2 Is supposed that the CLB thrust rating is need to making after press the VNAV button, I detected that always was making after cross 1000 AGL how can I change the value? Thank you very much for your help Best regards
