  1. Hallo Pete, I already wrote you but cant find it in the forum, maybe I made a mistake in sending it. So once more: I catched a virus on my computer and it was so severe that all had to be deleted and I have to start from scratch. This means that I lost also my Ragistration key(s). I had FSUIPC for FS9 and for FSX. I found a note with one key, it is EDITED TO REMOVE CODE but I dont know whether its for FS9 or FSX. If its for FSX, then its ok as I mostly use now FSX and having lost the key for FS9 is no drama. Could you help me to get FSUIPC working on FSX again? Thanks in advance Guenther Duerr
  2. Peter, last Winter I used Autosafe on my XP/FS9 without problems. Now I tried it again but cant get it to work. Autosafe DLL is in the FS9-Modulesfolder and AutoSafe.cfg in the FS9-Folder. When I open the window "Select flight" I find 20 Autosafe-Positions and the newly created ones dont work proper, this means the plane is airborne but its in cold + dark configuration. On the other hand AutoSafe.cfg reads Interval = 60, Files = 10 and in (Files) are 10 old Files shown. What can I do? Regards Guenther
  3. Peter, I have FS 9 and a fully licensed FSUIPC. At the moment I am concentrating on the ATR 72-500 from Flight 1. They write in their POH: "Joysticks or other hardware to adjust power will cause problems when using this feature! Make sure that the power setting device is calibrated and in idle position." Indeed, using the PL of my Saitek Throttle Quadrant causes uncontrolled torque-reactions. So my question: Do I really have to sell my ThrQ and to move the PL in future only by mouse? Or can FSUIPC help me also in this case? Regards Guenther
  4. Hallo Pete, I followed your suggestions but without success. So there are obviously no keystrokes for this wished action. And there is also no reaction on my trial to create a mouse macro. The Event Logging showed the following: 1384516 """ Event: Cntrl=66484 (0x000103b4) Param=0 (0x00000000) Anti_Ice_Toggle_Eng1 1385539 66485 (0x000103b5) " " " Eng2 So in my understanding is there a reaction when I move by mousclick the toggles for both Ice Vanes left and right. Shouldnt it then be possible to use this signals to assign them to a button? Thank you for your patience with me and my problems. Regards, Guenther
  5. Yes Pete, its an add-on plane, The King Air B 200 from Aeroworx. Its for FS2004 and I use it on FS2004. All the mentioned toggles are operapable and can be moved by mouseclick. When I click the 2 toggles for Ice Vanes left and right, I can see on the outside view of the plane howe the Ice Vanes come out on the downside of the engines. If you need more information, please let me know. Regards, Guenther
  6. I have on my King Air B 200 the following Anti-Ice-Toggles: Left Ice Vane Right Ice Vane W`shield Pilot " Co-Pilot Prop Auto " Manual Fuel Vent left " right Surface Manual. What I want to do is to use a button of my ThrQ to extend both Ice Vanes (and to retract them). So I opened Button and Switches, pressed the button I want to assign/Select for FS-Control. Then I tried all possibilities under "Contr. sent when button pressed" from "Anti Ice off to Anti Ice Toggle Eng4". But the only toggle who reacted was Prop Auto. Is there a hidden solution for my intention? Regards, Guenther
  7. Pete, "Map" means the dafault map in FS9 which can be opened under "Environment/Daytime/Airports/Map/Weather" On the KEyboard this map is normally assigned to "K" = (german) Karte but on my keyboard this is assigned to L (No idea why L und not K). But thats of course not my problem. My problem is, as I mentioned in my last post, how to close the map and to come back to the cockpit view, using a ThQ-button I assigned to "Map" by FSUIPC. Hope this answers your question, Guenther
  8. Thanks for your quick reply to "Joystick button for Teamspeak". Now its working fine. But here another question: Using "L" on my keyboard, I can open in FS9 the map and using "Enter" I come back to the cockpit. I assigned a switch on my ThrQ for opening the map (Buttons and switches/select for key press/press the key.../key press not to be held) and it works fine. But I failed to come back to the cockpit view with the same switch. How can I manage this? Thanks in advance, Guenther
  9. I want to put teamspeaks "push to talk"-function on a Joystick button but failed up to now. What I did, I opened "Button and Switches" and pressed the Joystick button I want to assign, made a tick on "Select for FS-control". But now is my question, what should I choose under "Control sent when button pressed/released? Guenther
  10. Pete, I had to reinstall my computer totally with XP. After installing FS9 I downloaded FSUIPC 3.90, installed .dll in Modules, went to Properies, Dig. Signature and found "Simflight GmbH". Details confirmed "Signature is valid" but your name was not mentioned. I guess that everything is okey but I ask you nevertheless as I understood your hint in the User Guide in a way that your name should show up. Regards, Guenther
  11. Pete, I am so sorry and to my shame I must confess that I didnt read all what you wrote in your documentation. I can imagine that its totally frustrating for you to deal with people like me. The only explanation for my mistake is that its hard and tiring not only to read but also to understand all the datails in such a huge documentation. But I promise you, I will try hard to improve me! Thanks a lot, Guenther
  12. Sorry Pete, now I downloaded 3.90 and the Options page confirms that I am now working with 3.90. But when opening one of the pages, there are still boxes named "Aircraft specific". Thats not what you write in the Users Guide. Whats wrong? Guenther
  13. Hi Pete, I downloaded 3.874 and when I open in FS9 Modules/FSUIPC I see on the Options and Settings page that this is version 3.874 as expected. But there is still "Aircraft specific" on the different pages and not "Profile specific" as explained by you. Do I have to do a further step to come to profiles? (I didnt use Aircraft specific up to now). Guenter
  14. Pete, thanks for your advice. I removed the signs (^) in front of "General" and since then I have only one section. But the fact is that I didnt insert these signs and I do not know why or caused by which action they appeared. But nevertheless I will check this item when I get further problems. Regards Guenther
  15. Pete, thanks for your reply. No, I didnt edit the file and I didnt recognise a special crash during FS. I use FS 2004, so my performance should be good as you mention. As you said that there must be only one (General) section, I removed the second part, but immediately after I tried (unsuccessfully) to program a button, this mentioned second part was back on my ini-file. Therefore I copied the ini to send it to you. Unfortunately I dont know how to add to this answer, so I send it by Email to you. I hope it gives you a hint whats wrong with my FSUIPC. Guenther
