Well I got it from Wilcopub.com I purchased it awhile back when I had FS9 but now I have new computer with FSX on it, everything installed but just no avionics.

I just recently download Wilco/FeelThere CRJ-200 when I start my Microsoft Flight Simulator and the CRJ-200 has a black panel with no avionics can anyone help me with this problem?
