  1. Thats what I thought. I had clicked on the calibration accidently, and that's when the logging started. Otherwise, it's not being logged/registered.
  2. @jaxx, bit of a weird one for you. I've used your script as above, and recognized perfectly, but only when I go into the Joystick Calibration screen of FSUIPC. Otherwise, it's not getting recognized. Any idea as to why this could be? James
  3. Apologies Pete, I seem to have narrowed down the cause after further digging and testing. Seems to be a different DLL that isn't playing ball with FSUIPC for some reason... Thanks for taking the time to respond! -J
  4. Hi all I've just experienced a crash in P3D v3.2 that seems to be FSUIPC related. It has just started happening with no changes to my system. I can load the scenario screen, however, as soon as I click Fly, P3D crashes with no error message being displayed. I have disabled all modules in dll.xml and exe.xml and P3D loads fine. Enabling them one at a time is fine, with the exception of FSUIPC v 4.949. I've tried reinstalling FSUIPC as well. The log file is below. Anything that I can try to eliminate these errors occurring? 16 FS path = "C:\Program Files (x86)\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3\" 94 ---------------------- Joystick Device Scan ----------------------- 94 ------------------------------------------------------------------- 94 LogOptions=00000000 00000009 94 ------------------------------------------------------------------- 94 ------ Setting the hooks and direct calls into the simulator ------ 94 --- CONTROLS timer memory location obtained ok 94 ### Failed to obtain SIM1 Frictions access: no frictions facilities available! 94 Reason 6: SIM1 base=58D30000 94 FrictionAddr=58E57220 contains 3F19999A 94 BrakingAddr=58E584E0 contains 3F19999A 94 ASN active function link set 94 --- FS Controls Table located ok 94 --- Installed Mouse Macro hooks ok. 94 Wind smoothing may be by ASN, not FSUIPC, if it is running 94 Will switch smoothing action when ASN starts/stops 94 --- All links okay (except older global weather setting method) 94 ------------------------------------------------------------------- 94 SimConnect_Open succeeded: waiting to check version okay 94 Trying to use SimConnect Prepar3D 57625 Running in "Lockheed Martin® Prepar3D® v3", Version: 3.2.3.2 (SimConnect: 3.2.0.0) 57625 Initialising SimConnect data requests now 57625 FSUIPC Menu entry added 57797 C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3\Prepar3D_Default.fxml 57797 C:\Program Files (x86)\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3\SimObjects\Airplanes\IRIS Raptor Driver\Raptor.air 58969 Monitor IPC:024C (S32) = 3264236 65703 Hook Error: can't find .1389756056 in SIM1.dll 65703 Hook Error: can't find .1389756056 in VISUALFX.dll Many thanks, James Eden
