the answer to gps out fs 2000 and ipaq

this proves a monkey can do the works of shakespear. The ipaq in the cradle uses a usb port. when the program active sync is run the port is taken over by active sync however connecting a serial 9 pin cable to the ipaq and rebooting everything makes it happen. Perhaps I can figure out why the usb port does not work but for now I'm glad to be up and running.
