DuckAir Posted April 10, 2003 Report Posted April 10, 2003 I feel very foolish asking this question because there are only 6 or so things in the pull down menus that can be changed or set and half of them don't apply anyway  I downloaded AIBridge about 3 weeks ago and have had it running at least once :D Since then I've had to reinstall all of FS2K2 (another problem not related) and now I get the above error message. Please can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Kind Regards, Cliff

jcboliveira Posted April 10, 2003 Report Posted April 10, 2003 Hi First I need to know: Do you want to run AIBridge with SquawkBox os in pure multiplayer? Did you change FS2002 place after the instalation? Best José

DuckAir Posted April 12, 2003 Author Report Posted April 12, 2003 Dear Jose, My apologies for being so slow to reply  FS2K2 is in the default location (C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\FS2002). I don't use AIBridge with SquarkBox but just as pure multiplayer. When I run FSFlightMax and hope to use AIBridge in replacement for FSNav so I can see othe players and have the Sectional Map all on screen at the same time. Kind Regards, Cliff

jcboliveira Posted April 14, 2003 Report Posted April 14, 2003 In this case the corect options on config menu are: Using SquawkBox not checked; Manual connect only checked; Verify if detected FS Path is correct. If it isn't use file fsPath menu to point to the correct one. Shutdown AIBridge and launch it again. Using the connect menu connect to the session. Best José

DuckAir Posted April 14, 2003 Author Report Posted April 14, 2003 Many Thanks for the advice Jose - but no luck I'm afraid  Here is what I do: 1. Start FS and open to a selected airfield and aircraft. 2. Start MP Session (67.86.91.179 or 67.38.117.13) 3. Alt+Tab back to the desktop and start AIBridge 4. Wait for 'FS Detected' to appear in window 5. Click Config and ensure Manual is selected 6. Click Multiplayer connect and TCP/IP wait for the window to appear 7. Enter IP and then when I press OK I get the error message Is there something I should be reinstalling or anything? Kind Regards, Cliff
