Map throttle 1 to 4

FSUIPC Guide Joystick calibration #11 sets out the process for setting zones for throttle, prop pitch, and mixture/condition and says 'in the throttle part of page 1 select "Map to 4 throttles" option'. However, on page 1 of 11 of Joystick Calibration there is no "Map to 4 throttles" option to select. It's the same on page 2 of 11 for prop and mixture. I have FSUIPC 3.60.

So what do I do, please?

You have to hit the RESET button in the throttle area on page one of 11 then you will see the option to map to 4 throttles.
