Error on install fs2004

Hi

I get an error trying to install version 3.9.8 from 3.9.6, it states error 32 reported as the process cannot access the file as its being used by another process. I have all other progs shut down on install.

Hi,

Start up Task Manager and look on the Processes tab for FS9.exe still running in the background.

Or reboot your computer and try the install as the very first thing you do.
