Can FSUIPC 4 auto start programs like run options ?

As the topic says, can FSUIPC 4 do the job of run options no its own ?

If no, is there any run options alternative for FSX, cause I tried run options and it seems it is not compatible with FSX or FSUIPC 4.

Yes FSUIPC can launch up to 9 programs via manual ini entries, search the documentation for RUNReady that should get you to the right part of the manual that explains it all in detail.
