Hi I am new to flight simming and I find it such a great pastime I have both 2004/X I have just started having this problem

the program will not load it just keeps comming up with this message about it being the wrong build ? it has worked before

it tells me that the build is FSUIPC 9.01.40901 and I need buld FSUIPC 9.00.30612 I knoe that to you all that this may seem really old hat but I dont know what to do if any one can help I will be most graetful many thanks a new sim pilot vic

Hello Victor.

FSUIPC has not reached version 9 - it is at version 4 for FSX and 3 for FS9/2004. Possibly these are referring to FS9 service pack versions?

Can you please check exactly what the error message you are getting is and which version of the simulator is reporting it please? if it is Flight Simulator 2004, can you please install the service pack for it?
