harvanheur Posted January 4, 2013 Report Posted January 4, 2013 Happy New Year to all of you. I'm flying with fs2004 and have registered FSUIPC and WIDEFS. My question is: If I install FSX can I use the same software or do I have to buy FSUIPC and WIDEFS again ? Thanks in advance.

Due to changes in the way that FSUIPC has to interface with the sim, as well as a lot of other changes, unfortunately you will have to buy new versions of both FSUIPC and WIDEFS for use with FSX vice FS9. Although Peter does his best to keep the two versions identical in terms of how they look, feel and work to the end user, the same cannot be said of the developers of MSFS! http://secure.simmarket.com/pete-dowson-fsuipc4.phtml is the version of FSUIPC you require, WIDEFS is linked from that page.
