FSUIPC for FSX and Registration Key for FS2004

Do I have to buy a new registration key for FSUIPC in FSX if I already have one for FS2004?

I tried my code and it didn't appear to work.

Yes you need a new code for FSUIPC4, a huge amount of work was carried out to rewrite FSUIPC to work with FSX.
