FSUIP4.log file not found

Hi! When I start the "Aircraft Configuration Manager" from "F/A-18E Vertical Reality", I get the error msg: "FSUIP4.log file not found". At this time I have not started FSX yet, only the ACM. Is this normal? I checked, and there is a FSUIPC.1.log file there, with this content: "********* FSUIPC4, Version 4.09 by Pete Dowson *********

Version 4.09 is well out of date. the current version is 4.86
