How do I unwind my FSUIPC install

Hi any help would be greatly appreciated, I have been using FSX deluxe with Satek TPM, rudder pedals, and pro flight yoke successfully for a while now. I wanted to get some advanced button features such as ATC choice select to work on the yoke and it was suggested that I install FSUIPC + wideserv which i did, since the install my yoke does not work at all, my settings page in FSX does not list the yoke anymore (as it used to) along side the tpm and rudder hardware in the dropdown menu, i tried deleting all FSUIPC files on my computer to unwind the install but when i go into Addons in FS the FSUIPC is still there when i click on it and try to configure the yoke it does not recognize or show it.

Does anyone now how to uninstall FSUIPC completley and i will just go back to using the FSX setting menu to configure all my hardware
