error message, then FSX won't get to main screen

Hi,

I have installed the new version (4.90), but when starting FSX, I get a message that says:

If I click Yes, never gets past the initial banner. If I click no, I get main screen but of course no FSUIPC in the addon dropdown.

I believe there are also instructions included with the installer that tells you how to use the FSUIPC-loader.dll to try and help people get around this problem.
