nd.mdb ILS Freq

Hello,

 

i am trying to read the nd.mdb airac file from wilco.

That works.

 

But i dont know how to translate the frequenzies?

 

For e.g. Leipzig ILS 08L it is 389165668 and must be 108.55

 

Can anyone help?
