VinceT Posted August 12, 2013 Report Posted August 12, 2013 We bought FSUIPC about six months ago and successfully registered the product. FSUIPC was updated to latest version 4.91. Today we bought WideFS (under different account name) and installed on the same computer and also registered. However upon checking, the WideFS product was registered but FSUIPC was unregistered. I ran the FSUIPC installer again but this time selected registration for both products and entered the appropriate customer names and product keys. Again, FSUIPC was not registered but WideFS is. I can registered each products individually so they both have valid keys. Vince
Andydigital Posted August 12, 2013 Report Posted August 12, 2013 As far as I remember the names have to be exactly the same for both FSUIPC and WideFS keys, so you will need to contact Simmarket and ask them if they will reissue you a WideFS key with the matching account details that were used for the FSUIPC registration.
