FSUIPC 4 Deactivated with Activation of WideFS

I've had FSUIPC 4 running for a few months now, and decided I want to purchase WideFS to run Instructor Station on a networked PC.

 

After purchase I re-ran the installer FSUIPC4/WideFS7 and entered both keys. Everything was accepted correctly, but when I run FSX only WideFS runs and the FSUIPC dialog shows FSUIPC as unregistered.

 

My guess is it's the use of slightly different names in the registration?

FSUIPC - Timothy Holmes

WideFS - Tim Holmes

 

Any fix to this?

You will need to contact Simmarket via a support ticket and ask them to re-issue you a new key for WideFS using the exact same name as the FSUIPC key. The email address can be different as far as I can remember but the name has to be identical.
