Mouse "Left\Right Click" On Joystick Buttons?

Hi, I am using a registered version FSUIPC 4.86.

 

I use a Saitek Pro Flight Yoke System in FSX.

 

Is it possible to use buttons on my yoke to emulate left and right clicks of the mouse?

 

I have mapped buttons to "Up" and "Down" to enable scrolling through menus

and would like to make selections using emulated mouse clicks.

 

I am struggling and need help.

probably a bit much for me,

so may have to give up on the idea,
