Flight Simulator First Officer not connecting with FSX

Hi

I just installed Flight Simulator First Officer together with FSUIPC and Microsoft NetFramework. Whenever I upadate Nav Data it says I have to connect to flight simulator to upadate navigational database. Please help on how to solve this issue.

Why is that a FSUIPC problem?
