Hi,

 

This feature in FSX (via FSUIPC or SimConnect) doesn't support Unicode characters. It only shows ASCII. Chinese characters cannot be encoded into ASCII so they appear as ????.

 

I don't think there is a solution to this. It just isn't supported by FSX.
