Need LUA script : flying speed = mcp speed - 10 ( below 11000ft )

As many know Project Magenta has some issues at approach..

With a new custom flight model I was able to solve the zig-zag issue, the pitch up/down issue and the overspeed issue at descent.

Below 11000 ft the PM mcp lets the aircraft fly 10 - 12 knots faster than the mcp speed.

Above 11000 ft it is correct.

What I would like is a LUA script :

Below 11000ft : Flying speed = mcp speed - 10

Can you help me with this ?

Found a temporary solution :

Disabling all turbulence in the weather program, in Fs and Enabling Surpress xxx in Fsuipc solved the issue.

That shows why some people have these issues and others not. People without these issues have either no addon weather program or have turbulence disabled already...
