FSX SE ERJ145LR FMC Route Issue

This is the Steam 145 LR Version.

 I will try to explain my issue.

When I set the route with FMC and try to set any departure that establish a DME ARC  on INT03 point (where DMARC supposed to start) the fmc route throws me to 500 or 3000 NM away from the original route so i delete INT 03  and  the aircraft fly direct to exit point with no DME ARC. It is the same issue with SIDs and STARs.

Hope you guys could help me with this.
