FSUIPC4 error FSX-SE

Hi,

In short:
FSX-SE
Installation date weeks ago: runs fine included FSUIPC 4.974
Use FSUIPC too for Teamspeak on Yoke.
As said: all works fine.
Yesterday suddenly (after perhaps more than 50 starts of FSX-SE in the last weeks):

Flight Simulator has detected a problem with a third party software program (add-on)”
FSUIPC4 DLL:FS new universal IPC interface Version 4.974 etc.
 

Uninstalled FSUIPC (deleted FSUIPC4.dll) and installed again

Problem still persists
