Heading bug offset conversion

I use offset 0x07C8 to read the heading bug value.
I don't understand the value I get, I have to devide it by 182 to come to the value I see in the sim.

for example if the bug shows 350 the offset shows me 63716.

I'd like to get it more precise but have no clue how.

07C8 is the heading lock, not the heading itself.

The heading is 0x07CC. Declare as UShort. To convert to degrees, divide by 65536 then multiply by 360.
