Tower 3dPro - add ons / Windows 8

Hi 

I am running this on Parallels and was working somewhat before. Had speech issues but had the default airports all with real airlines using Real Color KPHL,TIST,KLAX for Tower!3D

I also have NEW Real Color update, Real traffic for Tower!3D

I can only get actual airlines to load in the game using the .bat file as the program launch, if I run in Admin the game exe I get the fake airlines only. I am a mac person now so no idea what to look for the fix this seems it is not pulling from the correct files one way but correct the other for some reason. They are there correctly but not accessible.
