Hello,

 

I have the same problem.

I wish to reinstall my Phenom 100 LE, I have the install file, however, I don't have the e-mail (can't seem to find it) with purchase information.

I tried sending a message through Feel There support, but I am asked the serial number or the purchase information, which I don't have.

So, I want to know how to proceed, how to get my registration number back.

have your order email and credit card information.

 

once you re-download your product burn it to a DVD!  on the DVD include the installer and a notepad (aka, txt) document that includes the product key.
