  1. Pete I figured it out. I noticed my windows was not updated. I completed the update, deleted the P3Dv4.1 client, reinstalled it along with the FSUIPC5 and it's fine now. Thank you for trying to help me. You are a huge asset to the flight sim community. Thanks for all you do.
  2. Pete I'm not a programmer. I am struggling to follow your messages. I'm doing the best I can here. I don't understand what you want me to do. I'm willing to let you take control of my PC if you like. I'm here all day. If not then please outline simply and clearly what you want me to do step by step. Thanks. I really want to get this running because I was asked to test for Captain Sim.
  3. Ok I deleted the module folder again. I reinstalled from the Pete Dowson official site. I have not run the sim. This is my first go at this today. I have disabled my anti-virus. Here is the install log. There is nothing in the FSUIPC Docs folder. There are only 3 files in the modules. 4. I tried it. Same things is happening. What's your recommendation? Should I try reinstalling the sim? Would you be willing to use team viewer to take a look yourself?
  5. Pete. I downloaded from both SimMarket and The Official Peter page. I ran them both as administrator. I didn't try to register. I ran the sim for a while. The FSUIPC Documents folder is empty. Here's the Install Log. I'm also willing to share my computer with you. It's strictly for gaming. I have teamviewer. Let me know. 6. I sniped the modules folder and attached it. There is nothing in documents folder. I'll clear my cache and install without registering.
  7. Hi Pete. I have been reading the forums and haven't found a problem like this. I have paid for FSUIPC5. I have P3Dv4.1 installed and have been playing it. I install the downloaded exe file as administrator. I enter my registration info and Key exactly as show on my order confirmation. A box pops up that says registration accepted then offers a flickable box to confirm. I do that and both boxes immediately disappear. When I go to P3D and select the FUSIPC add on its says I'm not registered. It says I need to do the registration at install. I have gone to my modules folder and there is lots in there. I will copy and paste every thing below. I have repeated this process about a dozen times. I use to be a P3Dv3 user with FSUIPC4. Could that be causing some kind of conflict? 8. I purchased FSUIPC5 from SimMarket today. I went to the Pete homepage and downloaded from there also. I installed version 5.122. I run the EXE file as andmin. I enter all my registration info from the simMarket....my username, email, key. It seems to accept it. I then run P3Dv4. I then go to add-ons and select FSUIPC. It says I'm not registered. I then went to Modules and deleted everything there and started over. I have tried this process 6 times. I can't get it to register. I have the latest P3Dv4.1 installed. I have played it several times without FSUIPC and again trying to register with it. No luck.
  9. What's the proper method to get a refund for feelThere products bought through Steam? I'm utterly disappointed with the lack of effort to help solve what should be a simple problem. The flight sim community is small. If I were trying to sell a product to such a small group of people I'd try much harder to help them.

  11. I have received lots of support for Navigraph. The FMS of all planes except feelThere ERJ's update perfectly. Here's the mapping for my FSX Steam edition.... D:/Steam/Steam apps/common/FSX/Feelthere/ND OR FSX/DLC/379567 and 3 folders under that which say _DLCConfigData, FeelThere and SimObjects. Where do I direct the Navigraph FMS DATA too? What path do I map the Navigraph FMS Update Manager too? Thanks, Justin
  12. Yes I know that it's not to be used for training. It is good for practice and familiarity. Can some one please give me the path to manually install the nav data too when the jets are purchased as a Steam Add-on?
  13. I have tried mapping this and manually installing to every file related to feelThere in my steam steam apps common FSX folders. I have been at this for 3 or 4 days now. I'm so frustrated that I'm about to give up. I'm in training at a real regional airline right now and having current FMS data is essential for practicing right now. I'd pay CASH to anyone that could help me get this done tonight. I'd be willing to share my PC.
  14. I have been trying for days to update the FMS for the E jets add-ons I purchased through Steam. What folder do I direct the mapping too? I have all the Ejets. Thanks much.
